How far in advance do i need to order my Brunched Box


Brunched by Jenna will try to accommodate for last minute enquires to the best we can, we do require up to 24 hours notice prior to our Brunched boxes needed.




DELIVERY of our Brunched boxes


We deliver within 25km from our premises in Smiths Lake, NSW for free, anything outside of the radius will create a fee. Brunched by Jenna will do their best to ensure that your product/s arrive at your requested date and time, however please allow time as incidents out of our control may occur. Our products cannot be left unattended. In the case that no one is at the property to receive the product at the requested date and time of delivery, or we are supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the phone number provided. If there is no success, the product will be returned to Brunched HG and a re-delivery fee will be incurred, at the cost of our discretion. This fee may include the cost to replace ingredients to ensure the product is delivered to our standards.

KNOWLEDGE of our Brunched Boxes


Once Brunched Boxes are delivered, the client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety and ensuring food is not exposed to sunlight or left out for more than 2 hours.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances in advance. Our products may contain nuts, gluten, dairy and soy products. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free as there is a high risk of cross-contamination.




Payments for Brunched boxes


Once you have emailed Brunched by Jenna, we will simply send you an invoice with our payment details for bank deposit/transfer.
